Return Policy

SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!

  • University Store Return Policy

    If you need to return or exchange merchandise purchased from the University Store it is important that you keep your receipt. Receipts are required for all returns or exchanges of merchandise. If you have lost your receipt, you can request another. A $5.00 service fee may be charged.

  • Textbook Returns

    Student ID is required for refunds when a student ID was required for purchase.

    We will refund 100% of the purchase price when textbooks are returned with a receipt according to the schedule below. Textbooks are required to be returned in the same condition in which they were sold.

    New books must be in new selling condition, free of any markings or signs of use. Shrink-wrapped items must be returned with all items (CDs, web access codes, etc.) unopened, unused and shrink wrap intact. University Store staff will make the determination of the condition of textbooks for refund.

    Cash and check purchases will be refunded in cash. Credit/debit card purchases will be refunded to the original card used. Financial aid will be refunded to the student's university account.

  • Textbook Return Schedule

    Fall & Spring Semesters: 10 business days from the start of class. All 6, 9, and 12 week Summer Sessions: 5 business days from start of class. All Other Summer Sessions: 1 day from the start of class.

  • Non-textbook Returns

    Non-textbook merchandise returns (with receipt) will be honored within 30 days of purchase.

    Packaged merchandise shall show no signs of disturbing the original packaging. Returns must include all accessory items contained in the original package.

    No returns are allowed on study aids, test preps, Cliff's Notes, dictionaries, calculators, technology products, clearance merchandise, class rings, brass lamp, furniture and other similar specialty merchandise.

  • Union Station Return Policy

    Any merchandise purchased through Union Station must be returned in its original sealed packaging accompanied with original receipt for a refund. Non-returnable items include: Opened computer hardware, opened software, and computer peripherals. Union Station does not offer service work on Apple iPad, Apple iPod, Apple iPod nano, or Apple iPod shuffle. For more information to get your iPod repaired, please consult your iPod manual or check out Apple's iPod support site for FAQs and to request service.

  • Textbook List Disclaimer

    Textbook listings & site information is updated frequently, but is subject to change without notice. Please note, because textbook information can change at any time (faculty changes, publisher changes, availability, canceled classes, etc.) University Store will not provide refunds or otherwise be responsible for purchases made from other booksellers. Students purchasing materials on this site are protected under our Refund Policy.
